Samaritan Mobile Homes was started In July 1990 by Ed Martin, a 20 year hospital operating room equipment salesman, regional manager, and finally Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
Ed has spent most of his professional career traveling the United States working with physicians, surgeons, and hospital administrators prior to opening Samaritan and was feeling a strong desire to somehow serve people in his own area.

After several months of investigation, Ed saw a need for someone to serve local mobile home residents by specializing in mobile home resale. Samaritan Mobile Homes has since become Hemet Valley's largest mobile home resale dealership. In 1993, Ed became a Real Estate broker and started Samaritan Realty to serve mobile home residents who own their land.
